Return and Refund Policy


By making a purchase from us, you agree and acknowledge that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil.

You further agree and acknowledge that CBD has not been approved by the FDA for the purposes of diagnosing, treating or curing any disease. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. To determine whether or not our products are appropriate for you, you should check with your physician in advance of any CBD use.

Please email if there are any issues with the product you received.  We will be happy to communicate with you by email or by telephone if you provide a phone number.

** Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**


Returns Process:

  • Email us at ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product to request the Return Shipping Address. No products may be returned later than seven (7) days after your receipt of same.
  • Returned products must be sent back in their original unopened packaging.
  • When you ship your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to so we can keep an eye out for it.
  • Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
